Actor Finnian Garbutt, best known for his role in the BBC Northern Ireland police drama Hope Street, has died at the age of 28 following a sudden decline in his health. His family confirmed that he passed away “peacefully at home,” surrounded by loved ones.

Garbutt, from Co Down, Northern Ireland, played Constable Ryan Power across the last three series of Hope Street, earning recognition for his portrayal in the popular BBC production.
