The community of Gardiner, New York is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Justin Brown, a 33-year-old New York State Correction Officer who tragically lost his life in a motorcycle accident in nearby Beacon.
According to authorities, the fatal crash occurred around 2:42 p.m. on April 13, 2026, near Deer Run. Responding officers from the Beacon Police Department found Brown critically injured at the scene following a single-vehicle motorcycle accident. Despite immediate emergency response efforts, he was sadly pronounced dead shortly after.
